Psychotherapy for trauma, attachment, and ADHD
I support adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or disconnected from themselves and others.
As a neurodivergent therapist and army veteran, I offer counselling that is real, grounded, and human.
Sessions take place outdoors in nature or online, creating space to slow down, reflect, and move forward.
“At your pace, with no pressure.”
A different way of doing therapy
I work outdoors in parks and woodland, as well as online.
Being in nature can help create a sense of calm and perspective, making it easier to explore difficult experiences at your own pace.
Together, we focus on understanding patterns, building skills to manage difficult emotions, and finding a way forward that feels right for you.

“Need space to pause and make sense of things?”
Single Session Therapy is a focused, one-off session designed to help you explore a specific issue and take practical next steps.
It can be a helpful space when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or need clarity without committing to ongoing therapy straight away.
This is a focused therapy session rather than an emergency support service. If you are in immediate distress, please seek urgent support via your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services.
I aim to offer appointments within 24 hours where possible, so you can get support when you need it.
