One-to-one therapy offers space to explore what’s going on in your life at your own pace.

We can work with trauma, attachment patterns, ADHD, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Sessions can take place outdoors in nature or online, depending on what feels right for you.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy provides a space to explore communication patterns, emotional disconnection, conflict, and rebuilding trust.

My approach is supportive and balanced, helping both partners feel heard while working towards clearer understanding and healthier connection.

Single Session Therapy

Sometimes you don’t need long-term therapy — you just need space to focus on one issue.

Single Session Therapy is a focused, one-off session designed to help you gain clarity and identify practical next steps.

I aim to offer appointments within 24 hours where possible.

Rewind Therapy

Rewind Therapy is a gentle, structured approach used to help reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic memories.

It is often used for PTSD, trauma responses, and intrusive memories, helping the nervous system process difficult experiences in a calmer way.

Working Outdoors & Online

I offer therapy both online and outdoors in local parks and woodland.

Nature-based sessions can help create a sense of calm and grounding, while online sessions offer flexibility and accessibility. We can choose what works best for you at any stage of therapy.
